Hello together,
we have a problem while we want to change our number range for customer replication in the C4C.
At the Moment the range is set from 07000000000 to 07999999999. The system has already to customers with the external numbers 07000000000 and 07000000001. We want to change the range to 0000020000 - 0000029000. When we want to save to number range we get an error that the number range is already in use.
The main goal is that we create the Business Partner with the same BPID in the ERP system (HCI-Integration). The number range and the mapping will be done in ERP and HCI.
Now our questions:
- Can´t we change the range while already customers in the system with these number range?
- How can we change the number range?

thank you for your reply. I know these documents and they are very helpfull. At the moment we decided to change the number range also to 0700000000. All works fine.
But we have to change the number range to 20.000-29.000 after we start to use the original interval. I think that we have no chance to change the range after we start with it, right?
