Partner Replication from CRM to C4C (Partner Channel Management)

Hello Experts,

I need your valuable suggestions regarding partner channel management in C4C.

Can partners in C4C be replicated from CRM. Is there any bi-directional replication of partners from CRM to C4C.

Kindly help with any documentation or information regarding partners integration with CRM.

and kindly help me expedite on this.

Hi Lakshith,

Yes, you can replicate partners bidirectionally between CRM and C4C.

For running, initial loads from CRM into C4C, there are several reports that need to be run depending on the object you want to move, in your case, it should be CRMPCD_BUPA_EXTRACT.

Also, let me recommend you to check official guides under Marketplace: service.sap.com/cloud4customer where you will find CRM-C4C integration guides for Pi and also, HCI middleware.

Be aware that, when replicating roles from CRM into C4C, you only have the following roles awailable:

- Account (CRM000)

- Competitor (CRM005)

- Contact Person (BUP001)

- Prospect (BUP002)

- Sales and service partner (CRM011)

I was wondering, I do have the replication of the partner itself (CRM011) working but the partner contacts are not being replicated. Even when I try to replicate the partner contact from C4C to CRM I do not see anything showing up in the web message monitor. Is this scenario not supported perhaps?
