Issue in access request for multiple users GRC10 Access Control

hello,

We have created access request for multiple users by adding role and submitted for workflow approval,all approvals are completed and

requested is closed.

But when checking in back end system users tab is showing yellow.

Authorization tab is green only and we are able see role in complete status in NWBC role maintenance.

Need your help.

Dear Ravi,

This issue because of user comparison job.

Could you confirm are you using backend system as Single ECC or CUA.

Yes we are using CUA,is there any related Note for this

Dear Ravi,

Check the below Note and perform the manual activity in CUA system and then create request again
