Cannot login to portal with FQDN

Dear all,

I am trying to login to portal with the FQDN name.

When i try to login with this,

1. When a valid U/PWD is given,

it shows the login page again.

2. When a invalid username/pwd is given it is giving authentication failed,

How can i resolve this error.

Please help.
