How to Know whether PO is opened or closed.

Hi Everybody ,

According to my Knowledge, by help of BW: Transaction Key(0PROCESSKEY) we can differ PO's. The requirement of mine is to show the End-User Total Number of PO's ,Open POs and Closed PO's for Current and Previous Months. What i knew is, this type of data we will get from 'Purchasing Data (Schedule Line Level) 2LIS_02_SCL' . So help me to fulfill my requirement in Modeling Phase(DSO and CUBE )  and Reporting Phase(BEx).

Dear Ravindra,

There is a field in 2lis_02_scl for indicating delivery completed. Check this using some of the test cases and then decide to use it for Open or closed PO items

Hi Ravindra,

You need to find out the flag available in the extractor, that will give you the data like L, S.

L = Locked POs and S = Deleted PO's.
