Hi experts,
since this morgning we are facing the issue, that we get on each system for SAPOSS on connection-test "No RFC authorization for user OSS_RFC.".
I've checked the pw and which is fine, but still getting the problem.
I also did already restart the saprouter. May it be an SAP-Issue?
Kind regards
Hi Christian,
Today there is an issue from SAP Side only. Once they fixed the issue, then your issue will automatically get fixed.
OSS_RFC user is present on SAP side , so logically we have to assigned the roles on SAP side.

No, the problem really seems to be on SAP-side.
And what I can see in my systems it is solved a few minutes ago.
So from now on it should be good.

Hi,
The authorization test is successful in SM59. So i guess , there is no impact to the jobs that uses this connection

Hi,
I got the same error in my test system, so I guess this should be authorization issue for user OSS_RFC in SAP OSS system.
Thanks.

Seems like an issue on SAP side.
We get this error on every SAP system this morning.
The test connection to client 000 still works.
Perhaps there was an change to the OSS_RFC user in client 001.
Edit: The authorization test on client 001 is still working.

Hi ,
Have you verified that the username for SAPOSS is set to OSS_RFC and the client is set to 001.
Please have a look at KBA 1636864 RFC connection error - name or password is incorrect.

Hello Christian,
1. does OSS_RFC connection user logon is standard one or you have maintained your S user id.
2. If it is standard with OSS_RFC and pwd CPIC. Then check after sometime.
3. User that you have mapped to the S user in AISUSER does not have the authorizations for object S_RFC.

Hi Christian,
To rule out router issue, you can see SAP-OSS working ?
If that is not working that may be it's the problem with the SAP router.
Also, try to delete RFC and select a correct/different sapservX router in OSS1
