Problem in Gateway client

Hi Experts,

I have executed a newly created service in iwfnd/gw_client which gives the error HTTP Open failed: PLUGIN_NOT_ACTIVE. I have also checked in smicm which is active. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Problem is with your SMICM configuration. Goto SMICM -> Services and post a screenshot here.

Most probably Ports are not set or problem is with ACL file. You may have to contact Basis team.

Service ports are zero. They should not be.
