SAP delivered Fiori Catalog got lost suddenly

I was trying to add a SAP delivered Fiori catalog (X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE:SAP_FM_TC_A) into a custom group and when attempting to save the changes, system throw the error message "404 not found - http request failed". I just acknowledged the message, that's it.

From that moment onwards this catalog no longer exist in the system. It simply missing,

What could be the reason? Is there a way to recover this catalog back?

Thank you very much for the guidance. Once I cleared the metadata cache and global cache it appeared again.
