issue in adding custom Delegated node in INCIDENT standard BO

Hi Experts,

I need to add the new custom long text field in Incident Record Basic Data screen.

I have added the relevant Key and Description Text field in combine structure for the Basic data All Node in Incident BO, added the field in screen too by enhancing the component configuration for Basic Data Main step. field is appearing now on screen.

Issue is when I am trying to add the Delegated Node for handling the long text for my new custom field through Tcode /BOBF/CUST_UI, option is not available. here only option is create subnode available. in tcode BOBX, it is appearing only in Display mode.

my current EHSM SWC version is SAPK-75004INSAPUI and SAPK-74803INSAPBSFND

someone has raised the same issue but yet not answered as shown in this link.

same kind of Delegated Node issue

please suggest me how to created the new custom Delegated node under the standard node for handling the new custom long text field.
