Change Apprisal Template/ Document

Hi Gurus,

I need help on the below request.

I am new to the Talent Management Module. And we have got a requirement in which client wants to modify the Appraisal Template/Document . Need help on this.

User wants to add text description below every third level of competency.
In this case, below screen shot 1.1.1.1 Leveraging Feedback

(Note : Here these points are customized objects which we are referring as Sub Competency
in this project e.g:Leveraging Feedback)


Please explain detail steps to accommodate above request from user.
If we need to do abap enhancement, please help us to know the exact component / method / element name.
