HANA Norwegian Numerical format data

We are trying to insert numerical data (in Norwegian format) to Number datatype column in HANA Database. In Norwegian “,” is a decimal point and “.” Is the thousand separator. Can someone tell if there are any setting that we need to do in HANA Database to insert Norwegian numerical format of data E.g. We want to insert  Value = 1.234,56 in numeric (Number datatype )field.

SAP HANA doesn't store the numbers in any locale format.
