Hi Stone,

FIrst you share the error msg, you are getting when you are trying to create the delivery.

Show the dates and plant.

Give the details of  all the dates from your schedule line. (ie double click on schedule line, and go to shipping tab).

Thanks All for your helpful inputs.

We have debug the code and found that the batch entry field in material master marked as "X" resulting system unable to search the batch at delivery level in Sloc 0088.

Above entry removed from MMR and again it starts behaving normal.

User has accidentally marked this field. This issue is resolved now.

Br,

Stone.

Dear Cold,

Thank you so much for your update.

But let me know one thing,

In your screen shot batch entry maintained as X but in sap standerd we have 4 entries only

Blank

1

2

3

Could you please let us know X is newly defined in your organisation. if so please tell me the reason

Indeed you are correct.

This is newly defined value as X-Inactive Batch Management and the relevant code is written in exit

USEREXIT_BATCH_DETERMINATION

In case if the field is marked as X then system as coping the plant and used as Dummy batch in delivery provided the stock is maintained with such batch in Sloc.

The day ends with a new learning.

Thanks All for all your support.

The field value "X" itself not there in the allowed values. I am not sure how did you select the value "X"

tried to create delivery on 20/07/15

Why were you creating delivery with future date ?   Also, is the date maintained against "Selection date" in the initial VL01N screen or the date in Actual GI Date ?

Hello,

Is there any kind of Block in the Sales order for the Item?

I mean Delivery block at line item level or at schedule line level?

Also are you facing this problem for a particular Sales order or material?

Thanks,

Hi,

Could you please check if the stock is maintained in the correct storage location. Issue could be due to stock maintained in a different storage location.

With Regards,'

Hi  ,

The stock is into correct Sloc 0088 wherein 300 PC are available.

Also OVL3 has correct setup.

Is this new Plant? Are you doing the PGI for the first time in newly created Plant or Depot?

Check if any configuration changes are moved to Production environment pertains to Availability check 02 and checking rule "B"

Can you share the OVZ9 screenshot for availability check 02 and checking rule B.
