TBB1 error due to No entries for TRDT_TRDBUSTRANS table

Hi SAPer,

I have an interface rate adjustment (Product type 55A: transation type 200)

I am currently faced with TBB1 error (FTR_TRD002 : TRD: Unable to find business transaction with external ID) and that spent some time debugging the issue and found that the error was due to the fact that many interest flows do not have any corresponding entries in TRDT_TRDBUSTANS table within Class: CA_BUSINESSTRANSACTION_TRD: method: LOAD_BUFFER_BY_BUSTRANSID.

Has any of you encountered the similar issue before? If any, please share your expertise as to how to resolve/regenerate the necessary entries from VTBFHAPO to TRDT_TRDBUSTRANS table? Is there any repair program you know of that does that?

I would appreciate it if you could share your expertise on this

Hi Taro,

Report FTR_TRD_ADJUST can fix such kind of issue most of the time.
Does this kind of issue always happen in your system?

Hi Feng,

Unfortunately FTR_TRD_ADJUST did not fix the issue nor adding entries in TRDT_TRDBUSTRANS table hence TBB1 still shows the same error.

Would you please share what would be the alternative solution to regenerate/add entries in this table so that TBB1 does not issue an error?

Also do you know if I would need to look at the consistency with any other table (i.e. TRDT_FLOW) ?

This sort of issue not always happening but I currently have 2 issues like this (1 this and another with SLDT_TRANSACTION table).

Hi Taro,

In that case it must be a special inconsistency.
If you have not change the customizing recently, I suggest you to contact SAP via OSS to get help.
