Hi Prabhat,

>>>When I click on successful processed message it is not showing me the Response payload-MainDocument

but you're scenario is async right?

if you want to see payload-MainDocument

you can go to the last pipeline service before the

call adapter service (file adapter in your case)

if you're using IDOC - FILE scenario then probably there's no response at all in your case

Dear Michal,

My scebario is IDOC-XI-FILE and asynch communication message.

My support pack in development server was sp14 and in production it is SP15.

1) I<b> am not able to see "Payload" under Response in SXMB_MONI in <b>Production server</b> SP15.</b>

2) In runtime workbench (<b>Production server sp15</b>) when I click on "Message Monitoring" it is showing error 404 not found.

Error message is " <b>com.sap.engine.service.servlets_jsp.server.exceptions.servlet not found exception</b>"

I already applied SAP Notes : 0000911246 and 0000917885

Please give me the solution and reason for the problem asap .

Hi,

>>>1) I am not able to see "Payload" under Response in SXMB_MONI in Production server SP15.

can you see the payload before CALL adapter service?

>>>>2) In runtime workbench (Production server sp15) when I click on "Message Monitoring" it is showing error 404 not found.

go to TCODE - SICF and test this service

/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

navigate from it to the TCODE - SXI_monitor

that's how the message payload is displayed in RWB

BTW

>>>My support pack in development server was sp14 and in production it is SP15.

I just hope your test XI server was SP15

Dear Michal,

1)for the first answer related to I am not able to see "Payload" under Response in SXMB_MONI in Production server SP15 : As per your suggestion I checked it and I am not able to see the payload before CALL adapter service? It is showing <b>Inbound message : SOAP Header and SOAP Body .</b>

2)In runtime workbench (Production server sp15) when I click on "Message Monitoring" it is showing error 404 not found :

As per your suggestion I have activated /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui using T-CODE SICF .

<b>But my problem is not resolved it's same as earlier , could you please help me more on this .</b>

I am waiting for your feedback .

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

...As per your suggestion I have activated /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui using T-CODE SICF

if you had to activate it then your PRD installation

was not properly configured as activating this service

is <b>one of the installation/configuration steps</b>

I strongy advice to run through xi config guide

and try to finish the configuration

XI installation will not run when then configuration

is not done

BTW

this is the step you missed:

RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES

but probably there are a lot more so you have to check all of them
