Can anyone please suggest me. how to proceed for a requirement.

Requirement is i need to check for authorization and then post in per2 if user is authorized..Else i need to post in per1.Table T001B for period control used for posting.

So what's the logic for this requirement.

Hi,

The table T001b corresponds to t.code OB52. SAP standard functionality in this posting period control screen is users belonging to authorization group mentioned in AuGr field can only post in Period 01. Period 02 ranges are for users without any authorization.
