I am trying to find any good documentation or configuration guide for Call Lists in Outbound Voice campaigns. I know crmd_tm_cldist, I can create campaigns and I create call lists manually, but I have not yet created a call list from a campaign with communication medium: telephone, but no call list is generated (???) It is supposed to be standard but is not working.
My main question is:
I have manual call list working (can create manual call lists, can call call lists in manual execution mode, can save the activities in the activity log...) but when I try automatic execution and I am in the Web UI in "Ready" state nothing happens.
1. Why are the calls not occurring automatically? It is in Progressive Dialing mode (from Genesys side)
2. Is it Genesys side or CRM side?
3. Is there any step by step CRM configuration guide specifically for call lists?
