Mass user creation using GRC 10 ARM

Hi All,

Is it possible to create mass users with different business roles assigned using access request in GRC10?

If yes,can you kindly help me with a guide if possible.

Hi Somik,

As per GRC standard functionality you can use Request For as "Multiple" and can create mass users but with the same roles.

If your requirement is to create users with different roles, different Provisioning actions, you need to work with ABAPer and can get custom program created. We have one such program created for one of our client.

i am still unable to see action usage report on the other hand.

Do u mean the ABAP program can help in creating GRC requests for users or it's something like SECATT?

Hi Somik,

You need to get the ABAP program created for submitting the requests for mass users with different roles. For mass user request submission, we used IDM method and now SAP supports business roles as well. Please check below.
