sap ageing not matching balance sheet figure

Hi experts

My balance sheet figures are not matching with ageing figures, but it matches with ledger cumulative balance

Example

figure in balance sheet -- Rs. 289750.00

figure in Ledger cumulative balance -- Rs. 289750.00

Balance due in customer ageing -- Rs. 275000

Now i have to get these three figures matched for client's auditor, on urgent.

Please help.

Check whether any Control Accounts are missing (see figure)

The figure i had selected in above screenshot was with control accounts selected.

and moreover i tried all selection tick on & off. but none of the result matched balance sheet figure.

Please advise further

Can you post screen shot for Balance Sheet and Ageing Report select window here for better understanding?

1. Uncheck Account balance zero in balance sheet selection window then check

Screen shot is not possible as print screen is not pasting on scn

and it doesn't let me attach word file either

You can save the print screen as image using MS Paint then insert image or insert word file as you suggested.

In this figure of ledger & balance sheet is same but ageing balance due is not matching, which should be same as both figures.

In the ageing report select option "by Due Date" instead of "Posting Date".

Check by changing the Currency in Aging Report from 'Business Partner' to 'Local Currency'.
