Can`t start "My Quality Tasks" out of Fiori Launchpad

I`m trying to set up the quality applications for Fiori. The Application "Report Quality Issue" is working fine, just the Application "My Quality Tasks" is unstartable. I`m not getting any Error in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

When I klick on the Tile I`m getting the following message"Could not open app. Try again later.".

In the console I`m getting several errors (see screen shots).

Whats the problem and how can I solve it?
