HANA Installation error in SUSE Linux Enterprise

Hi Folks,

I am trying to install HANA in SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 sp3, but I am getting error in screenshot.

Could you please help me for this issue.

HANA Installation log was saying like below :

sapstartsrc is not ruuning net http connect connection timed out

Can you pls explain me where stored the log file.

Hi Srinu,

Check the host agent status by running saphostexec -status under /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/.

Also , check the log files dev_saphostexec and sapstartsrv.log under  /usr/sap/hostctrl/work.

Hi Sharma,

I checked both of it but didn't get much more information to dev_saphostex and saphostexec, but I started the service by command line

And here is the log of sapstartsrv.log :
