Thanks for your help.

I remove the BRF plus yesterday and returned to generate the version, yet still shows the same error.

I leave the image of the error when I run the version again.

Hello Jonathan,

One of the reason to get compatible error in MSMP is

Incorrect rule id from BRF+

we should take rule id from function, not from the decision table

please double check rule id of function in MSMP,make sure no space in rule id,better copy and paste.

Hi Jonathan,

I hope you have implemented the note

1670504 - AC 10.0 Risk Owner Wokrflow Agent - Class Based Rule

Could you then check if the agent rule id appears in Step 2 of MSMP workflow.

Hi Jonathan,

Could you provide screenshot or check the error shown in step 7, i.e Generate Rule.that will show the error.

Also, generate your MSMP workflow, and re-submit the request

Hello Jonathan,

No Active version generally means you need to save your MSMP and Regenerate your MSMP Workflow.

Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to transaction (t-code) GRFNMW_GEN_VERSION
  2. Enter MSMP Process ID SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST
  3. Reactivate the workflow

If still errors appears after reactivating then try deleting the existing BRFPLUS rule and test again.
