Reg : PI sheet involving split valuation

Dear Experts ,

Need your advise on the following issue .

We are facing one issue at the time of sending the process messages.

We have some materials with split valuation activated. At the time of sending the process messages system is asking for valuation type.

Could anyone please explain me , how this can be mapped in PI sheet.

If you wish to perform goods movements with split valuated materials from the PI sheet, you will have to create your own characteristic for the valuation type.

There is no standard PPPI* characteristic for valuation type.  It may be possible to add this functionality using a new characteristic (e.g. ZPPPI_VALUATION_TYPE) and populating the

MCHA-BWTAR value using a customer defined function (process message destination function)."

This can have the same format as PPPI_BATCH, but you would not want the context check.
