It's a problem with standart condition attribute in BRF rule

SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> CRM Cross-Application Components -> Rule Builder -> Define Rule Policy Types

I was needed add condition Membership ID:  LOYMGMT -> MSH -> OBJECT_ID

I get it in WebUI but i get so a error when try to save a rule version

ID 005056040AA61EE586FD1A7F43599DAD is initial, unknown, or it does not have the correct object type

Transport request which contained CRMC_FDT_ATTR and CRMC_FDT_ATTRT is released.

How to fix this issue?

Hi Tatyana

I would have thought Loyalty Membership ID is a standard condition in the Rule Builder.

Could you explain your requirement further.

Also, I believe it may be looking for the Actual Membership ID, not the GUID (005056040AA61EE586FD1A7F43599DAD)

Hi, Arden.

You are right somewhat. Object_ID is standard attribute, but it do not set in standard condition group in standard configuration.

It is Guid of an BRF object, not a MSH GUID.

Hi Tatyana

Sorry I'm battling a bit to understand your issue.

Any chance you can add some screen shots of the Rule you're trying to implement and the associated configuration behind it.

Hi Tatyana

Membership GUID is a Standard Condition under the Condition Group: ACTGEN.

Could you explain the need to create under Condition Group: MSH

Arden, thanks for advice.

But it is unacceptable to use GUID for business user. I need ID MSH or Partner ID.

Regards, Tatyana.

Hi Tatyana

Understood. For consistency then you should add the new field to ACTGEN.

I suspect the code implemented to cater for the new field is not correct.

Please review...recommend using the Membership GUid code as a point of reference for yours

Arden
