Conf Qty is not updated in Process order

Respected Gurus,

After making the confirmation , the conf qty tab is not updated.

Because of this , DLV qty is showing more than CONF qty , it is causing inconsistency.

Can you please support in this regards.

Hi Imran,

Do you see 7,401 quantity in AFRU table and CO14 also ? Pls check documented goods movement in CO03 if extra GR is done for additional quantity.

Still if you find inconsistency in table entries then implement note suggested by Caetano or open a OSS message.

You can put a restriction for Delivery Qty (GR Qty) is not greater than order qty.

Enhancement - MBCF0002

Functional Module - EXIT_SAPMM07M_001

Include - ZXMBCU02

In above order you will try reverse qty for GRN then check.

But the needs to update in conf qty , where as , the del qty is updating correctly.

Please give solution to update the conf qty automatically when we are doing the confirmation.

You should implement and run the report ZPCON_140 from the following note:

1513950 - Correction of confirmed quantities

This report corrects inconsistencies on the order/operations confirmed quantity and it should resolve this issue.

I informed the ABAP Team to implement the ZPCON_140.

After implementing this report , the conf qty will update automatically or we need to do some other steps.

Hello Imran,

If you run the program ZPCON_140 form OSS note 1513950 in UPDATE mode, the data will be corrected on the database.

But first run it in Test mode and then Update mode.
