I am having client requirement as follows:
one employee is gone overseas for 1 year and reinstated again in the organization. During the oveseas period he/she was inactive and while being reinstated he/she will be active while making the employee active and during the payroll run system is not giving any retro.
Problem is : I dont want to make him/her as inactive during the overseas period but i dont want that ecode to be included in payroll run and after reinstated, the system should also not trigger retro amount.
Please provide input on this that employee should be active and not included in payroll run and no retro amount should come after the reinstatement.
