Generating License for PowerDesigner 16.1

I have been running PD 16.1 on an older XP PC for several years and it has done everything I have asked of it. I've had to upgrade to a new Win8.1 PC and need to generate a new license key. It looks like the old Web Site to do that is gone or has been moved elsewhere.

If you can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried https://support.sap.com/licensekey ?

There is a button on that page called Request Key From Installation
