How to hide the "Select reference object" field in the incident creation

Hello Team,

I have configured ITSM in solman 7.1 sp12.

I want to hide the field "Select reference object" field in the incident creation in CRM_UI  for the end user perspective.

please let me know the procedure.

please find the attached screen shot ( i want to hide the selected one)

Hi, you can do it by using Configuration Mode in CRM UI.
