Two different names and languages for one Comp Code or Sales Org

Can anyone please let me know how to maintain two different names with two different languages for one Comp Code or Sales Org? For instance, a comp code/Sales Org CA00 has its two names. One is Canada Co which should be maintained in Canadian English and one name is Canada Cio which should be maintained in Canadian French? How should I do this?

The short text of a sales org  is stored language specific in table TVKOT

And the translation can easily be maintained from its place in the enterprise structure by selecting the sales org and then choosing from the menu GOTO > Translation

However, if you fetch and print the address along with the name from the ADRC record (what you maintain behind the envelope button) then you can only have a single name, no matter in which language you are logged in, except you defined an international address version, but this is usually done for countries like Russia and China where you have to maintain the address with different characters

There can't be two names of one sales organization or company code. If you want to do this only for language then you have to control it on transactional data level not on organization structure level.

I know that there can't be two names for one Sales Org, but under "Translation" we can maintain it with different languages, but when tester printed customer's invoice output then it had again Canadian French instead of Canadian English. Would you please tell me when we print an invoice for customer then outputs come from Sales Org or Company code such as, invoice printing in Canadian French, not in Canadian English?

Dear Ria:

Please try with this set up.

Logon to SAP with Language EN English and enter the description for the Sales organization (TVKO customizing view)  in English, later logon in French to SAP and change the description.

Then when you logon in each languague you will see the description for each one.

Check it and revert.

This defect is being raised in UAT testing and testers didn't try to logon the way you explained above,  but no success and both names are only being printed in Canadian French instead of Canadian English as well . Any other way of maintaining it?
