Reason Code in Dispute Management

Hi,

I have created reason code whatever client has given to me.Through  OBBE

transaction code have created the reason code in English language.But now

they are saying for Mexico Spanish language that reason code should translate..I also did

the same.It already move to testing environment.While I am login in ES

language and create a dispute case then that reason code is showing English

instead of Spanish.

Can anyone put some expert input regarding this issue?

Hi Joy,

OBBE reason code configuration is for the FI reason code maintenance which is updated in the document level.

For the dispute reason codes you will maintain the reason code in the following path:

FSCM->Dispute management->Dispute cases processing->Casetype->Create values for Attribute "Reason.

Please maintain the dispute reasons here and maintain the translations for the same.

Hi.

I've seen this before in other modules. Did you check your user profile?

Jus to to transaction code SU01, you may have English language in your user profile and sometimes this is the reason why SAP is not showing the same language than the login.

Hi Joy,

Have you tried changing your own parameters on transaction code SU01? Sometimes SAP is taking parameters from user instead of the login language.

Thanks for your quick response.I have given the screen gab.Please find the attached screen gab..

Reason which is shown in the screen shot drop down where its showing EN (english) instead of ES (spanish) where as reason code configuration step is perfect it is showing in spanish language scrren gab showing below.
