Hello Everyone,
We need to do a migration from SAP BO 6.5 to BI 4.1.
Below are the types of report which will need to be migrated to the new environment :
1. Webi to Webi
2. Deski to Webi
3. Free hand SQL report
4. VBA based report
Can anyone suggest me the steps to perform the migration process?
Any help will be appreciated.

VBA doesn't exist in BO4.1 so you'll need to figure out what the VBA macros do and how to replace that functionality.
Webi and Desk reports should translate fine.
For Free hand SQL reports, you'll need to be on 4.1 SP6 to support them.
To migrate to BO4 directly, you'll need to be on at least XIr2 SP4
I'd recommend a migration to XI3 from 6.5 consolidate what you have and confirm it works and then look at migrating up from XI3 to BO4.
This document should help you with an overall plan and deal with several questions. I'd suggest you raise any other report-specific questions in their own threads.

Good luck.
