Monthly charge = Fixed charge + (Scale Consumption quantity*Scale value)
= 1000+9000*1 =10000
During goods issue posting we will specify the quantity so system should calculate fixed charge 1000+scale quantity* scale price and same should be invoiced.
Is it possible?

Hi Gibi,
You can achieve your requirement by making two different conditions, one with fixed price -1000 and another is scale based surcharges.
For Pipeline we can enter only price including all discounts/freight etc
You can define your own pricing procedure and you can add Surcharge conditions in Pricing procedue.
