CUA: SU01 not display sap application licensed

Hello,

In the CUA client in transaction SU01 licensing section, the following contractual user type ID does not appear to me:

  SAP Application Developer

  SAP Application Professional

  SAP Application Limited Professional

Attached image CUA_DEV (first image)

In PRD system appear correctly. Attached image PRD (second image)

I thought the following note could help me,

   1931623 CUA, SU01: Local license data is not displayed

but my system has SAP_BASIS 740 so this note does not apply.

Are some other notes or way to solve this incident?

Hi Hidalgo,

Kindly enable appropriate price list from USMM then it will visible in su01.

Process of System Measurement - SAP Licenses - SAP Library

4. Activate at least one price list that is valid for your contract by setting the Active indicator on the Price Liststab page.

When you do this, the user types that belong to the relevant price list are displayed on the User Types tab page.

The following price lists are available for the SAP Web Application Server:

○  SAP Software Component Price List (SW Component Price List)

○  mySAP.com Solution Suite Price List (mySAP.com Solution Suite)

○  mySAP.com Individual Solutions Price List (mySAP.com Solutions)

Hi Jose,

Not sure but try the below.

Please navigate to SPRO\ Access control \ user prov \ EUP ,  in EUP setting make employee type visible in access request.

I think then you can see employee type and select contractual.
