Account Validation is ignored for system AGDCLNTXXXconflicting actions

Hello,

I have installed the version SAP GRC 10.0, in previous days do upgrade from SP19 and since then to make the aprobaion of requests I get the following message "Account Validation is ignored for system AGDCLNTXXX due to conflicting actions" as I can delete that message? . Thank you for your help.
