Hi,
I have created a new theme for my Fiori launchpad and I configured with custom logo. Out of 10 members in my team only one was not able to see the new logo.Everyone else able to see the logo. What could be issue. Please suggest.

have they closed the browser completely and reopened it?
yes Raquel,they closed and reopned. We tried cache cleaning also but still no luck
