Can any one help me how to subtract the values from the two result the values

Eg:  Column A     Column B     Column B

       10          15

       20          10

     ======      ========      ========

       30   25    (30-25)  5

I just shared my experience since I also encountered similar situation before wherein I created a QUESTION but one the mods changed it to DISCUSSION..
