APERB008 System Error: Entry INT-000003 not found in internal table GT_APERB_PROT

Hi,

I am running askb restart posting run but encounter the error below.

APERB008 System Error: Entry INT-000003 not found in internal table GT_APERB_PROT

I tried to debug the transaction and found that it's trying to looks for INT-000003 in APERB_PROT table but the table contains INT-000001.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Kenneth,

1. Check the depreciation area configuration in OADB, whether have you maintained posting specification as Area posts in real time for the dep.area.

2. Check the GL account assignment for the dep.area in AO90.

The OADB is set to Area post to APC directly and depreciation

What exactly should I check in AO90 for account assignments?

The error is produced when the ASKB looks for INT-000003 in APERB_PROT table.Would you know why INT-000003 is being searched in APERB_PROT?

Hi Kenneth,

If you want to run ASKB, one of the depreciation area should have selected the option as "Area posts APC and depreciation on periods posts" and you have maintained the account assignments in AO90 for the account determinations for the depreciation. Then only you can post the transactions. Otherwise it throws error.
