Request you Check operation in payroll CPAGE , if you dont have Time Evaluation. Read the documentation in PE04 for better understanding

You use this operation by calling P0002 in the schema.after that place the PCR and let us know the result

I have just checked in our system, and it seems that Payroll Function P0002 is only valid for some Payroll Calculation Programs (only some Countries).

Have you tried using Operation NUM or AMT, as suggested previously?

Since EOBI seems to be a Statutory Deduction for Pakistan Payroll (according to my Google results), I would have believed that SAP would have provided something standard, such as a field in an Infotype (to indicate the employee should not pay EOBI) or a PCR.

If it does not exist, you should be able to create a PCR and use operation AMT (or NUM) to query the Birthdate from IT0002 (as in AMT=FG YB  AMT?60   ).  In the documentation for Operation AMT, look at "2nd Variant", "Date Specifications".

Hi Tasneem,

If you will use the date type in date specification infotype then it's easy to query like below with Operation ACTIO in the payroll schema.

DB is the date type in the date sepcification so your PCR would be like below

ZOBI

*

  ****

          HRS=YDSYDB

          HRS?60

                 *

                   AMT=1

                   ADDWT 9999

                 <

                    Leave

This pcr will include after DATES function in the time subschema in the payroll schema.

Once WT9999 is generated then you can write the below PCR to make EOBI wage type as Zero.

ZTST

*

   EOBI

       AMT=  9999

       AMT?1

             =

                ZERO= A

                ADDWT *

     ****

             ADDWT *

Insert this PCR after EOBI wage type generation step in the payroll schema with PIT function.
