Set final issue in Production Order/Reservation

Hi!

I have to set the final issue in some reservations. (RESB-KZAER)

I can't set it with FM BAPI_RESERVATION_CHANGE, because I get an error. (Reservation created automatically. No Manual changes possible)

Is there any other way to update this field?

Or is it possible to set the field in the Production Order? I think the field in the reservation should be set too, when it's updated in the Production Order.

Hi!

Thanks for the tips, but it shouldn't be done by TECO.

I've found some FM's to change the components of the production order, but it's not possible to change the final issue field.

Then I've found the FM MD_SET_KZEAR_RESB - but it's just a normal hard UPDATE.

So for now I have only a hard update with a lock on RESB before.

If there are some more ideas please let me know.

Hello Patrick,

Reservation of production order are system generated they can not be changed.

However it you active TECO to your production order it will remove the reservation against the production order.

You post a final confirmation  As a result, the components of the order receive the final issue indicator (the content of the field RESB-KZEAR is set to 'X'). You can post the confirmation for 0 quantity also.

If the requirement quantity (BDMNG) equals the withdrawal quantity (ENMNG), the system sets KZEAR automatically.

Also in component of production order you can set Delivery completion indicator you can use the FM CO2H_PROD_ORDER_CHANGE for changing the Production Order components and set Final delivery indicator.

Also refer KBA 2152171 - Final Issue Indicator in a Material document (MSEG-KZEAR).

Hello,

You can use TECO Technically complication for your production order mass TECO you can do through COHV. Also you can set the Delivery completed indicator in Good Receipt tab of your production order it will clear the reservation against the production order Final issue indicator.

Hi Patrick,

These reservations are against production orders. If all relevant postings are done and further nothing is expected you can do TECO for these orders.
