Solution Manager post installation steps

Hi everyone,

I installed Solution Manager 7.1 SPS4, and now I am doing post installation steps. I am following checklist from installation guide:

Now I am on a step 10, apply latest kernel an Support Package stacks. My question is: should I perform system preparation i basic configuration in solman_setup before SPS upgrade (latest SPS is 13) ? Or should I do it after upgrade?

You can do your system preparation and basic config after SPS upgrade as on the 1st step it will ask you download a lots of notes. If you upgrade first, then those correction are already in your system. Their may be some other corrections. So it will be better to upgarde first, then do your system preparation and basic configuration steps.

Do it after SPS update..

Then do whatever you want.
