C4C change or delete technical user

Hello!

There is a possibility to change or delete technical user in the WC Administrator?

I have a message when trying to create new communication arrangement and upload certificate The certificate is already assigned to user  XXX.

Or maybe there are other solutions?

Hello Konstantin,

I guess you are talking about the User that is created with the Communication Arrangement. No you cannot change or delete this.

Instead I guess if you are talking about the Certificate which is assigned into the Communication Arrangement, you can delete it from Application User Management --> COMMUNICATION CERTIFICATES.
