one part of my Appraisal is like this :

i would like to calculate it like (19/25)*100  =76

Hi Tasneem,

In order to do so, you need to use the BAdI HRHAP00_VAL_DET (access it by transaction SE18).

You may see some standard implementations for it.

You have to use Value Determination Badi at the Template (VA). There are some standard Value determinatin BADI implementations delivered sap. I beleive one of them will satisfy your requirement. Otherwise you have to create a custom implementation.
