Send email step in workflow doen't work

Hi!

I'm building a workflow for approved request to change in productive systems. I'm using a step "send mail" for send a confirm to SBWP Requester.

I execute the test and the item has "Ready" status but the notification is not displayed in the SBWP

I think the problem is a configuration send system because in another systems this workflow works correctly.

Anybody has idea where I need to reviewed?
