Bom issue:add new component

Dear All,

Need to add 1 new component in existing Bom but while executing cs02 system is displaying message "Bom can only be changed via Master recipe".

The steps I tried to add new component in existing bom are below:

1. Executed t-code CC01:

selected with release key option

valid date:26/06/2015

change status:01

Change number is generated.

2. Executed t-code CS02:

With reference to change number I have added a new line item in Bom.

While executing cs03 new component is visible under bom but when std cost is calculated system is ignoring the new component added details.

Please suggest what i have missed to add new component to existing Bom.

Hello

Check if the field "CostingRelevncy" is set for the BOM item.

Also, check if a release key with general release is assigned to the change number, such as release key 01, for example.

Hi Caetano,

Costing relevancy field is set for the Bom item.

Release key with general release was not assigned to change number. I have now assigned it and again re-run CK11N but still the result is same...material is not included in std cost release...
