Analysis Edition for OLAP - exception when adjusting analysis column widths

Hello,

I'm on BI Platform 4.1 SP05.

Sometimes when I adjust the column widths in Analysis for OLAP for an Analysis object I get the following exception. Has anyone else seen this and more importantly know how to prevent it?
