SAP - Web Intelligence - Duplicate Rows

Hi,

I've tried to search but I'm not even sure where to begin. I have just started learning this tool and I'm unsure what to do.

When I generate a report, I get the one below:

http://s15.postimg.org/6y4f3geiz/sap.png

I need this to display the incident identifier only once. However, the duplicate option will not work because the Created field is unique. I need the result to be:

8015     06-01-2015

74700   06-17-2015

3771     06-20-2015

6128     06-21-2015

I'm also not adept with SQL.

If that's all your table is and the objects are the same name as your headings then change =[Created] to =Min([Created]) and change =[Days Open] to =Max([Days Open])

Thought it might. It's worked since I started working with BusinessObjects in 1996.

Hi,

Days open field has two records for each incident identifier. How you wanted to display? only the first record?

Attaching screenshot as advised.

I want to display the the incident number (should only be 1 instance) with the oldest CREATED date. Days open is a formula based on Now-created..
