Information about legal documentation to present for Companies belonging to the UK



I belong to a Spanish company and we are going to start a SAP implementation for a company in the UK.

Could somebody list for me the mandatory-legal SAP standard documents to present at the end of the period and/or fiscal year? (taxes, balance sheet, VAT...) in order to fulfill the legal requirements, and if those are well supported by SAP UK localizations.

Any overview about this issue (or links with information) would be welcome.
