Problem in excise register

Hi,

We have a manufacturing unit in jammu and kashmir and this manufacturing unit is excise registered.

As per excise rules,RG23A,RG23C,RG1 register should be submitted to excise department in

every month. Presently we are preparing these register manually with the help of MS exel etc.

we are not able to submit these registers from SAP.

I am trying to update, extract and print excise register from SAP but I am not getting correct

excise register from SAP.I have problem in opening and closing qty in rg23a-1, rg23c-1, rg-1.

I am updating register in J1I5, extracting from J2I5 and printing from J2I6. I am able to print

these register from J2I6 but it's data is not correct.Transaction data (receipt and issue qty) are

showing correct but opening and closing qty are wrong. Our SAP Go-live was in Nov-2011 month but

at the time of go live excise balances are not updated in system so I am updating excise balance

on dt. 01.04.2015 .I also raised a ticket to SAP for this incident and I received solution with SAP note 1673612.

Now I am following this note and uploading RG1 entries in table J_2IRG1BAL but After uploading of balances,

all entries are not showing in table. Few entries are showing and few are not.

I also want to know that in which table I can upload opening balance of RG23A and RG23C.
