Trial HANA instance displaying overall health as critical

Hi

My HANA trial (with id p1941461809trial) is currently showing critical overall health and shows following details in metrics:

Health	Metric	Details
Critical	HANA DB Backup Volumes Availability	JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL [ALERT_RATING:3] Volume 3 (xsengine) is not available because it is not assigned a service or the relevant service is not active.
Critical	HANA XS Availability	JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Hana XS server JWE request failure: HEAD https://vadbjwe.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1 returned HTTP/1.0 500 Dispatching Error

It may be becuase of either of these two errors, I am not able to access database instance. Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

one of the HANA systems in the hanatrial landscape had issues. They should be resolved now.

We are sorry for the inconvenience!

Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the monitoring infrastructure at the moment, so it's possible that you still see errors regarding the health status. But the HANA system should be ok now.
