We are using customized version of RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL for Offline SC approval. In our landscape we have 3 different systems for different regions. Approvals were working fine when we had different email ID's for 3 systems(email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com).
But when it is changed to same ID ( firstname.lastname@example.org) , it stopped working. Upon some debugging we think the reply email from Approver is not in SAP inbox so the program is not finding anything. How can we check to make sure that the new email id can hold the mails in SAP inbox when a mail is sent from outside ?
