I tried using opua but when I hide it at initial level as hide and make influences of the rest 20 Company codes in display mode.The field is not getting displayed for this.Can anyone help on this ?
Yes,I tried to maintain the company codes for which i need to display the Profit Center.
There was no restrictions on clicking on Influences field.I maintained it and marked it as display.
At the initial Network : Header screen the Profit center field maintained is hide.
But still after refresh or log off/log in the system the changes are not getting reflected for the display of the Profit center for the resp. company code.
Yes Terence True that normally profit center field is displayed only but the business at present scenario they had hide the profit center field in opua ,opub and opuc resp for all the company codes.
Now the business have the requirement that they want to display the profit center field to be displayed for specific around 20 company codes only.
If I make it hide the profit center field in initial Network : Header screen then corresponding influences maintained for diff. company code as display its not reflecting.
But the vice versa when i display the profit center field in initial Network : Header screen then corresponding influences maintained for diff. company code as hide its reflecting correctly.There are around more than 200 company codes if i go in this way which will not be appreciated.
Is there any way u can suggest to maintain as per the 1st option so that minm. entries maintained for company code maintained in the influences.
But i am afraid i dont think there is an option for this process. I guess you need to manually set influencing for company code field. Also this is a one time activity, its good if you can do the same.
You can also explore user exit, but am not sure about the impact.
